Job Description
1. Sell the company's represented product lines and actively expand the company's electronic customer market;
2. Based on the sales tasks assigned by the company, develop your own sales plan, including: customer visit plan, sales target breakdown plan, forecast prediction, inventory prediction, payment collection plan, etc.;
3. According to the company's overall strategy, formulate and adjust your own sales tactics, i.e., specific business development methods (including: customer entry methods, customer tracking methods, customer maintenance, and planning and implementation of new tactics);
4. Maintain customer relationships, prepare contracts and participate in contract negotiations, find and track customer projects, conduct business negotiations, organize and coordinate R&D support, and promote project management;
5. Communicate promptly with original manufacturers and relevant partners, and collaborate with original manufacturers to develop and maintain customers;
6. Timely report customer dynamics and market information (via phone + email) to leaders, PM, FAE, and other relevant departments, ensuring quick response and feedback.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in electronics or related fields;
2. Over 3 years of sales experience in electronic components, familiar with customer groups such as robotics, photovoltaics, and new energy;
3. Proactive, diligent and self-disciplined, hardworking and constantly challenging oneself, with a strong sense of responsibility and high professional dedication, and a good team spirit.
